The most exciting game of round 14 in the Total League took place in Luxembourg. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of second-ranked Basket Esch (9-4) to ninth ranked Racing (4-10) 63-60 on Friday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. The best player for the winners was point guard Max Hilger (187-95) who scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Louis Soragna (183-94) chipped in 16 points. Four Basket Esch players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Racing maintains ninth position with 4-10 record. Basket Esch at the other side keeps the second place with four games lost. They share the position with Etzella. Racing are looking forward to face higher ranked T71 (#4) in Dudelange in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Basket Esch will play at home against Residence and is hoping to win this game.
