The game in Valladolid was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked La ICL Manresa (11-4) played at the court of 6th ranked Blancos de Rueda (8-7). La ICL Manresa managed to secure a 9-point victory 74-65 on Friday. Blancos de Rueda trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 18-13 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 65-74 at the end of the game. It was a good game for forward Jordi Trias (208-80) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Danish guard Gabriel Lundberg (193-94) contributed with 11 points for the winners. Center Sergio De-La-Fuente (198-89) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds and American guard Henri Wade-Chatman (188-92, college: Edinboro) added 20 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Blancos de Rueda. Blancos de Rueda's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. La ICL Manresa moved-up to third place. Newly promoted Blancos de Rueda keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. La ICL Manresa will face league's second-placed CB Prat at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Blancos de Rueda will play against Barca II (#14) in Barcelona and hope to win that game.
