We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when twelfth ranked Hidd (2-13) won against 11th ranked Isa Town (2-12) in Issa Town 83-77 on Saturday. Hidd dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Isa Town's 42. Hidd forced 20 Isa Town turnovers and outrebounded them 64-28 including a 25-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by American forward Troy Jones (201-92, college: Tex.A&M-Kingsv.) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 26 points and 23 rebounds and Hussain Lulu supported him with 25 points and 6 rebounds. Even 19 points and 8 rebounds by Mahmood Aziz did not help to save the game for Isa Town. Naturalized Nigerian forward Mohammed Adel (205-87) added 18 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Four Isa Town players scored in double figures. Isa Town's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Hidd maintains twelfth position with 2-13 record. Isa Town lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 12 games lost. Hidd will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Isa Town will play against the league's leader Al-Ahli (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
