Undefeated Saint Vallier (14-1) recorded its first loss in Boulogne-sur-Mer on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by tenth ranked SO Maritime Boulogne (7-8) 74-66. It ended at the same time the 14-game winning streak of Saint Vallier. The best player for the winners was American point guard Diante Watkins (174-90, college: Robert Morris) who scored 22 points and 4 assists. Naturalized Cameroonian guard Ralph Temgoua (194-87, college: St.Lawrence) chipped in 14 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Michael Craion (195-89, college: ORU) who recorded a double-double by scoring 27 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import swingman Drake Reed (194-87, college: Austin Peay St., agency: Inception Sports) added 14 points and 7 rebounds respectively. SO Maritime Boulogne moved-up to ninth place, which they share with ALS Basket. Saint Vallier at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost.
