An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Sendai. Third ranked Kumamoto V. faced one of their biggest challengers Sendai 89ers. Guard Shuto Mizoguchi (187-87) added 18 points for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kumamoto V. moved-up to second place. Sendai 89ers lost third consecutive game. They keep the third position with 14 games lost. Kumamoto V. will have a break next round. Sendai 89ers will play again at home against the league's second-placed Kumamoto V. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
