Very predictable result when fourth ranked Vicenza (10-3) defeated at home 9th ranked Marghera (5-8) 55-46. Vicenza had a 35-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian Melisa Brcaninovic (190-99, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 17 rebounds (made all of her eight free throws). Guard Valentina Stoppa (172-85) contributed with 12 points for the winners. Vicenza's coach Jonata Chimenti allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Guard Sara Toffolo (184-0) answered with 17 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian forward Florencia Llorente (182-92) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Marghera.
