The game between closely ranked teams ended with eighth ranked Tulikivi's (5-8) road victory over 9th ranked B.Willebroek (4-10) 75-56 on Saturday. It was a great evening for forward Silke Storme (172-92) who led her team to a victory scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Center Lore Capoen (185-93) helped adding 10 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Ines Beaurang (180-89) with 16 points and 8 rebounds and the former international guard Vreny Van-Driel (175-88) scored 6 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Tulikivi maintains eighth place with 5-8 record. Newly promoted B.Willebroek keeps the ninth position with ten games lost. Tulikivi will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. B.Willebroek will play against the league's second-placed Sint Kateline Waver (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
