Top ranked Toyota Alvark (20-6) recorded its sixth loss in Tokyo on Sunday night. Visitors were edged by third ranked Hitachi Sunrockers (18-8) 62-60. Canadian center Robert Sacre (213-89, college: Gonzaga) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Seiya Ando (184-92) produced 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and international Yudai Baba (193-95) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Toyota Alvark's coach Luka Pavicevic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Hitachi Sunrockers maintains third place with 18-8 record having just two points less than leader Ryukyu GK. Toyota Alvark at the other side still keeps top position with six games lost. Hitachi Sunrockers are looking forward to face Toshiba Thunders (#4) in Kanagawa in the next round. Toyota Alvark will play at home against the league's second-placed Chiba Jets and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
