The game in Zouk supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Homenetmen (10-1) played at the court of 8th ranked Louaize (4-8). Homenetmen smashed Louaize 89-63. Homenetmen dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Louaize's 32. They outrebounded Louaize 56-31 including a 38-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Homenetmen players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Tunisian Makram Ben-Romdhane (204-89) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds. American swingman Sam Young (198-85, college: Pittsburgh) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds. Five Homenetmen players scored in double figures.
