Very important is a road loss of third ranked Sendai 89ers (13-15) against fifth ranked Aomori Watts (8-20) on Sunday night. Visiting Sendai 89ers were defeated by Aomori Watts in a tough game in Aomori 85-94. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Sendai 89ers.
