No shocking result in a game when second ranked Elitzur Holon (11-4) defeated at home bottom-ranked Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (2-13) 84-69 on Thursday. Elitzur Holon looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. It was a great evening for American swingman Crystal Bradford (183-93, college: Cent.Michigan, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 15 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Her fellow American import point guard Saniya Chong (173-94, college: Connecticut) helped adding 26 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was Nigerian-American forward Atonye Nyingifa (180-90, college: UCLA) with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 12 rebounds and American point guard Sydney Colson (172-89, college: Texas A&M, agency: LBM Management) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 assists. Elitzur Holon maintains second place with 11-4 record behind leader Maccabi Ashdod. Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion at the other side stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. They share it with B.Yehuda. Elitzur Holon will meet Bnot Hertzeliya (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion will play against Elitzur Ramla and hope to secure a win.
