The game between fourth ranked T71 (9-5) and 9th ranked Racing (4-11) in Dudelange ended with biggest points difference. T71 outscored guests from Luxembourg 93-74. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Denell Stephens (190-86, college: Slippery Rock) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). International point guard Tom Schumacher (190-87) chipped in 26 points. Five T71 players scored in double figures. T71's coach Pascal Meurs used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. T71 maintains fourth place with 9-5 record. Newly promoted Racing keeps the ninth position with 11 games lost. T71's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Basket Esch at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Racing will play against Musel Pikes (#5) in Stadrbredimus and hope to win that game.
