Eredivisie round 14 caused change at the leadership position. Second defeat of league's leader Leiden (10-2) against fourth ranked Zwolle (8-5) 69-65 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leiden. Zwolle had a 35-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. American guard Sherron Dorsey-Walker (193-93, college: Oakland) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points. The other American import forward Noah Dahlman (201-89, college: Wofford) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Zwolle's coach Herman van den Belt used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. International Worthy de-Jong (194-88) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and the former international forward Mohamed Kherrazi (200-90) added 12 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Leiden. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Zwolle maintains fourth position with 8-5 record. Leiden at the other side dropped to the second place with two games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Groningen. Leiden will play next round against Leeuwarden trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Zwolle will try to continue on its current victory against seventh ranked Amsterdam on the road.
