The game between Top Four teams took place in Vilnius. Lithuanian host Kibirkstis (3-2) lost to Swedish Lulea Basket (3-2) 79-61. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 41-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game.
