Regular Season Round 18: Slask Wroclaw - Polfarmex Kutno 57-79

The game in Wroclaw supposed to be also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Polfarmex (13-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Slask (7-10). Polfarmex smashed Slask 79-57 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was swingman Mateusz Zebski (190-92) who scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard January Sobczak (179-97) chipped in 17 points. Four Polfarmex players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Marcin Bluma (201-89) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Jan Grzelinski (180-94, college: Canisius) added 13 points respectively. Slask's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Polfarmex maintains fourth position with 13-4 record. Newly promoted Slask dropped to the ninth place with ten games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Polfarmex will meet at home Enea Astoria (#13) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Slask will play against Nysa Klodzko (#15) in Kloszko and hope to secure a win.
