Very expected game when 13th ranked Magia Huesca (7-11) lost to sixth ranked Blancos de Rueda (10-8) in Valladolid 75-83 on Friday. The hosts trailed by 4 points after three quarters before their 25-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for American guard Henri Wade-Chatman (188-92, college: Edinboro) who led his team to a victory with 23 points and 8 assists. Austrian forward Maximilian Hopfgartner (206-92, college: John Brown, agency: Dynamics Global Management) contributed with 13 points for the winners. Swingman Mikel Motos (193-93, college: Sammic ISB) replied with 16 points and point guard Carles Marzo (190-92, agency: Duran International) added 10 points in the effort for Magia Huesca. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Blancos de Rueda maintains sixth position with 10-8 record. Magia Huesca lost third consecutive game. Loser Magia Huesca keeps the thirteenth place with 11 games lost. Blancos de Rueda will face league's leader Leche Rio Breogan in Lugo in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
