Rather predictable result in Kolobrzeg where twelfth ranked Kotwica (8-10) beat 14th ranked SKK Siedlce (6-12) 81-68 on Saturday. Daniel Grujic (201-90, agency: Alti Sport) fired 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Power forward Lukasz Bodych (201-90) chipped in 9 points and 10 rebounds. Four Kotwica players scored in double figures. Guard Rafal Sobilo (188-89) produced 21 points and Bartosz Wrobel (190-95, agency: Octagon Europe) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kotwica moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Pruszkow. Loser SKK Siedlce keeps the fourteenth position with 12 games lost. Kotwica will face higher ranked GKS Tychy (#6) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. SKK Siedlce will play against Biofarm PZN (#10) and hope to win that game.
