The game in Amsterdam was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Zwolle (9-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Amsterdam (3-10). Zwolle managed to secure a 8-point victory 84-76 on Saturday. Amsterdam was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 22-12 charge of Zwolle, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Amsterdam's 34. The best player for the winners was American forward Franko House (198-94, college: Ball St.) who scored 24 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Noah Dahlman (201-89, college: Wofford) chipped in 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international swingman Dimeo Van-Der-Horst (197-91) who recorded 16 points and 7 assists and center Berend Weijs (207-88, college: Maryland) added 15 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) respectively. Four Zwolle and five Amsterdam players scored in double figures. Zwolle maintains fourth place with 9-5 record. Amsterdam lost their ninth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with ten games lost. They share it with Weert. Zwolle will meet at home league's leader Groningen in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Amsterdam will play against Leeuwarden (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
