Basketettan top team - KFUM Fryshuset (12-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked BG Lulea (6-5) in Stockholm 102-75. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BG Lulea. KFUM Fryshuset dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to BG Lulea's 38. KFUM Fryshuset forced 22 BG Lulea turnovers and outrebounded them 43-21 including a 19-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. KFUM Fryshuset players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of center Leonard Halling-Ibo (200-92) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Leo Lightner (190-96) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Guard Gustav Moberg (186-0) answered with 16 points and Denzel George (191-1) added 13 points in the effort for BG Lulea. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for KFUM Fryshuset. They maintain first place with 12-1 record. BG Lulea at the other side dropped to the sixth position with five games lost.
