An interesting game took place in Monaco where 11th ranked Limoges (8-7) was upset on the court of fourteenth ranked Monaco (6-9) 89-82 on Sunday. Monaco forced 23 Limoges turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for DR Congolese Shekinah Munanga (201-97) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Center Sylvare Dracon (208-98) helped adding 14 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was forward Tim Eboh (197-97) with 22 points and 8 rebounds and DR Congolese center Merveille Muninga (203-97) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Monaco and four Limoges players scored in double figures. Monaco maintains fourteenth place with 6-9 record. Loser Limoges dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. Monaco will face higher ranked Nanterre (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
