The game between Top Four teams took place in Auckland. Second ranked host New Zealand Breakers (13-8) defeated 3rd placed United (14-7) 98-81. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Despite that victory New Zealand Breakers went down to third position due to points difference. Loser United dropped to the second place with seven games lost. New Zealand Breakers will face Perth Wildcats (#4) on the road in the next round. United will play against Kings in Sydney and hope to win that game.
