The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Vic as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Group C-B. Vic smashed 11th ranked Salt at home 85-45. The game without a history. Vic led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Salt's 32. Vic looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Salt's players. The best player for the winners was point guard Julian Garrote (185-82) who scored 17 points and 4 assists. Power forward Samuel Dominguez (204-91, college: La Palma) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). American forward Tylor Wimbish (201-93, college: Mo.-St.Louis) produced 11 points and guard Carles Nadal (190-89) added 7 points respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Vic (12-2) have an impressive eight-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Salt lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with ten games lost. They share the position with Cerdanyola and Castellbisbal. Salt will play next round against Andorra II trying to get back on the winning streak. Vic will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Valls Nutrion on the road.
