Regular Season Round 20: Rosalia - Obradoiro II 72-65

Not a big story in a game in Santiago de Camp. where 12th ranked Obradoiro II (6-11) was defeated by ninth ranked Rosalia (9-8) 72-65 on Saturday. Obradoiro II trailed by 14 points at halftime and as many as 27 after three quarters before a 28-8 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 65-72 at the end of the game. Rosalia dominated on the defensive end, holding Obradoiro II to just 6 points in first quarter. The best player for the winners was forward Pablo Posse (203-89) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. Luis Lopez (189-96) chipped in 16 points. Brais Losada produced 14 points and 7 rebounds and Iago Perez (-94) added 9 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Rosalia moved-up to fourth place in Group A-B, which they share with 4 other teams. Newly promoted Obradoiro II dropped to the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. Rosalia will face Venta de Banos (#16) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Obradoiro II will play against Chantada and hope to win that game.
