The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Grodno: Olimpia (#1) and Victoria (#5). Olimpia (17-0) crushed visiting Victoria (3-14) by 60 points 116-56. The game without a history. Olimpia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 88 of its points in the paint compared to Victoria's 42. Olimpia looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Victoria's players. The best player for the winners was forward Nadzeya Nadzezhka (180-87) who scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Forward Natallia Dashkevich (188-88) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds. Five Olimpia players scored in double figures. Point guard Yuliya Vasilevich (165-1) produced 17 points and 9 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) and center Iryna Hryhoryeva (193-1) added 6 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Olimpia have an impressive series of sixteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 17-0 record. Victoria lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 14 games lost. They share it with COR Victoria. Olimpia's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Grodno Victoria.
