There was a small surprise in San Martino di L where seventh ranked Broni (6-9) defeated 5th ranked San Martino (8-7) 56-50 on Sunday. It was a great evening for the former international guard Ashley Ravelli (176-93, college: Robert Morris, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory scoring 14 points. American swingman Julie Wojta (183-89, college: Green Bay, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 10 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Megan Mahoney (183-83, college: Kansas St., agency: LBM Management) with 18 points and 6 rebounds and international forward Marcella Filippi (186-85, agency: SPORTlab Agency) scored 13 points.
