Regular Season Round 30: Beijing D. - Jilin NE T. 108-92

There was no surprise when 17th ranked Jilin Tigers (7-23) lost on the road to sixth ranked Beijing Ducks (20-10) 108-92. Beijing Ducks players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. The best player for the winners was Croatian-American center Justin Hamilton (213-90, college: LSU) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard Aaron Jackson (190-86, college: Duquesne) chipped in a triple-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Four Beijing Ducks players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Von Wafer (196-85, college: Florida St.) who recorded 31 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import forward Carl Landry (206-83, college: Purdue) added 21 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Beijing Ducks have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 20-10 record. Jilin Tigers lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth place with 23 games lost. Beijing Ducks' next round opponent will be league's second-placed Flying Leopards in Yingkou and it may be quite challenging game. Jilin Tigers will play at home against Sturgeons (#15) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
