The game in Patras was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengers PAOK (8-6) played at the court of sixth ranked Promitheas (8-6). Promitheas defeated PAOK 81-68 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Promitheas. PAOK was better in fourth quarter 20-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard Langston Hall (193-91, college: Mercer) scored 22 points to lead the charge for the winners and Bosnian forward Milan Milosevic (203-85, agency: BeoExcell) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Five Promitheas players scored in double figures. American point guard Phil Goss (188-83, college: Drexel) responded with 19 points and his fellow American import guard Lucky Jones (198-93, college: Robert Morris) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. PAOK's coach Ilias Papatheodorou tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Promitheas moved-up to fourth place, which they share with PAOK and AEK. Promitheas will face G.Larissa-Faros (#12) in Keratsiniou in the next round and are hoping to win another game. PAOK will play at home against the league's leader Panathinaikos (#1) and hope to win that game.
