The game in Tromso was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Fyllingen BBK (12-9) played at the court of 8th ranked Tromso (7-13). Fyllingen BBK defeated Tromso 81-69 on Saturday. Tromso was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. They outrebounded Tromso 46-31 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Fyllingen BBK made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian guard Ognjen Nisavic (195-92) who helped to win the game recording 25 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and Bahamas forward Tavario Miller (203-94, college: Texas A&M) who added 16 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks during the contest. American forward Shawntez Patterson (201-90, college: Alabama St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Keon Lawrence (187-87, college: Seton Hall) scored 17 points. Four Tromso players scored in double figures. Fyllingen BBK moved-up to third place. Tromso at the other side dropped to the seventh position with 13 games lost. They share it with Ammerud Bskt and Nidaros Jets. Fyllingen BBK will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tromso will play again against Fyllingen BBK (#3) and hope to secure a win.
