Regular Season Round 19: Saint Vallier - ALS Basket 103-83

NM1 top team - Saint Vallier (17-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked ALS Basket (9-10) 103-83. Saint Vallier players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. It was a great evening for American forward Michael Craion (195-89, college: ORU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists (on 12-of-13 shooting from the field). Christnel Jean-Francois helped adding 21 points and 11 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). At the losing side Bosnian power forward Nemanja Kovanusic (204-93) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and forward Kamel Ammour (203-91, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 15 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Saint Vallier maintains first place with 17-2 record. ALS Basket at the other side dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. They share it with Boulogne. Saint Vallier will play against GET Vosges (#15) in Golbey in the next round which should be another easy win for them. ALS Basket will play at home against Orchesien BC (#13) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
