The game in Handlova was also quite interesting. Second ranked Kosice (21-7) played at the court of 8th ranked Handlova (7-21). Kosice did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 101-82 on Saturday. Kosice well out of reach of Handlova shooting 74.5 percent from the field. Kosice maintains second position with 21-7 record having four points less than leader Inter Bratislava. Loser Handlova keeps the eighth place with 21 games lost. Kosice will meet at home Zilina (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Handlova will play against Nova Ves and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
