Regular Season Round 32: Kagawa FA - Hiroshima D. 77-67

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams in Takamatsu where fifth ranked Kagawa FA (14-16) beat one of their biggest challengers Dragonflies (16-15) 77-67 on Saturday. Kagawa FA looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Dragonflies were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American forward Reginald Warren (204-81, college: W.Florida) who scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206-84, college: Tallahassee CC) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Four Kagawa FA players scored in double figures. American forward Kevin Kotzur (203-89, college: St.Mary's, TX) produced 13 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Terrence Drisdom (196-92, college: Cal Poly Pomona) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kagawa FA have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Cyberdyne IR. Dragonflies lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with 15 games lost. Kagawa FA will face again Dragonflies (#4) in Hiroshima in the next round.
