Regular Season Round 15: LF Future - Hogsbo 73-92

No shocking result in a game in Lulea where sixth ranked Hogsbo (7-9) smashed bottom-ranked LF Future (2-15) 92-73 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Hogsbo. LF Future was better in third quarter 21-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hogsbo looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by LF Future's players. The best player for the winners was the former international power forward Martin Ringstrom (206-81) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Jacob Johansson (195-95) chipped in 15 points and 6 assists. Hogsbo's coach Yannick Trott used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Brian Curry (185-86) who recorded 17 points and 7 rebounds and guard Robel Gebremeskel (185-95) added 18 points respectively. Four LF Future players scored in double figures. Hogsbo maintains sixth place with 7-9 record. LF Future lost thirteenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost. Hogsbo will face Malbas (#8) in Malmo in the next round. LF Future will play on the road against AIK Basket in Solna and hope to win that game.
