Regular Season Round 21: Centrum - Nidaros Jets 70-94

No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Nidaros Jets (8-13) crushed bottom-ranked Centrum (1-21) in Oslo 94-70. The game was mostly controlled by Nidaros Jets. Centrum was better in fourth quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nidaros Jets well out of reach of Centrum shooting 74.7 percent from the field and made 100-of-109 charity shots (91.7 percent) during the game, while Centrum only scored twelve points from the stripe. They outrebounded Centrum 158-39 including a 59-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. Nidaros Jets shot the lights out from three nailing 49 long-distance shots on high 86.0 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Centrum's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 108 blocks. Centrum's coach Inge-Aleksander Kristiansen gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Nidaros Jets maintains seventh place with 8-13 record, which they share with Tromso. Centrum lost their twelfth game in a row. Defending champion stay dead last with 21 lost games. Nidaros Jets will play against Tromso (#8) at home in the next round. Centrum will play against Fyllingen BBK to get more than just one victory in their record.
