A very close game took place in Hertzeliya between B.Yehuda and Bnot Hertzeliya. B.Yehuda (4-15) got a very close victory on the road over Bnot Hertzeliya (8-11). B.Yehuda managed to escape with a 2-point win 72-70 on Monday evening. American forward Sequoia Holmes (183-86, college: UNLV) nailed a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side and international Lev Tal (179-97) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds. International guard Noga Peleg (169-98) came up with 21 points and American forward Breanna Richardson (185-95, college: Mississippi St.) added 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Bnot Hertzeliya in the defeat. Four Bnot Hertzeliya players scored in double figures. B.Yehuda will meet Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (#10) on the road in the next round. Bnot Hertzeliya will play against Maccabi Raanana (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
