The game between closely ranked teams ended with ninth ranked Ferrocarril's (7-4) home victory over 10th ranked Weber Bahia (6-7) 84-78 on Tuesday. Ferrocarril made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Franco Balbi (185-89) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 5 assists. Weber Bahia lost third consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. Ferrocarril will face higher ranked Instituto (#4) in Cordoba in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Weber Bahia will play on the road against Boca Juniors (#10) in Buenos Aires and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
