Regular Season Round 22: Slask Wroclaw - Notec Inowr. 89-76

There was no surprise in Wroclaw where 16th ranked Notec Inowr. (4-17) was defeated by ninth ranked Slask (9-12) 89-76. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Jan Grzelinski (180-94, college: Canisius) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 assists. Power forward Aleksander Dziewa (205-97, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Slask's coach Radoslaw Hyzy allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Swingman Grzegorz Malecki (195-84) replied with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and center Wojciech Zurawski (202-76) added 17 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Notec Inowr.Four Notec Inowr. players scored in double figures. Slask moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Siarka. Notec Inowr. lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with 17 games lost. Slask will play against Siarka (#8) in Tarnobrzeg in the next round. Notec Inowr. will play at home against Enea Astoria (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
