They outrebounded Chunghwa Telecom 41-25 including a 15-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for international forward Ying-Chieh Wu (179-92) who led the winners and scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international center Pei-Chen Tsai (186-84) accounted for 7 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. Four Taiyuan Textile players scored in double figures.
