No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Al-Hala (15-8) beat 10th ranked Sitra (7-16) in Muharraq 78-70. American-Lebanese center Loren Woods (218-78, college: Arizona) fired a double-double by scoring 22 points, 19 rebounds and 5 blocks for the winners. Hasan Gerashi chipped in 23 points and 9 rebounds. American center Steven Toyloy (203-87, college: Cincinnati) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 23 rebounds and Mohsin Abdulredha added 20 points respectively for lost side. Four Sitra players scored in double figures. Al-Hala moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Al-Riffa. Sitra at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 16 games lost. Al-Hala's next round opponent will be higher ranked Al-Muharraq (#3) in Al Muharraq and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Sitra will play against Al-Riffa (#5) and hope to win that game.
