There was a surprise result when twelfth ranked Tessilform Bernareggio (8-12) won against at home higher ranked Forli Tigers (10-10) 71-66 on Saturday. Forli Tigers were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Giordano Bortolani (193-0) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and point guard Federico De-Bettin (180-94) who added 13 points and 7 assists during the contest. Four Tessilform Bernareggio players scored in double figures. Guard Antonio De-Fabritiis (188-90) responded with 17 points and power forward Michael Sacchettini (205-95, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Forli Tigers' coach Giampaolo Di Lorenzo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Tessilform Bernareggio moved-up to eleventh place in B, which they share with Lugo. Forli Tigers lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with ten games lost. Tessilform Bernareggio will face league's second-placed Piacenza on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
