Very predictable result when second ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (11-3) rolled over at home 8th ranked Hainaut (5-9) 76-57. Villeneuve D'Ascq dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Hainaut's 28. Naturalized Senegalese forward Mame-Marie Sy-Diop (185-85) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Johanne Gomis-Halilovic (179-85) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds during the contest.
