However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Maquinaria Ensino. They moved-up to fifth place in Group A. Loser Arxil Pontevedra keeps the seventh position with eight games lost. Maquinaria Ensino will face league's second-placed Aros Patatas in Leon in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Arxil Pontevedra will play at home against Joventut LC (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
