No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Teramo (11-9) won against at home 14th ranked Cerignola Udas (6-14) 81-63 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Valerio Staffieri (196-92) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and naturalized Argentinian point guard Victorio-Gustavo Musso (185-84) who added 16 points during the contest. Four Teramo players scored in double figures. Teramo's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Giovanni Gambarota (190-89) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and forward Gianluca Tredici (198-92) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds. Teramo maintains ninth position in B with 11-9 record. Newly promoted Cerignola Udas keep the fourteenth place with 14 games lost. Teramo will face higher ranked Pescara (#7) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Cerignola Udas will play against Senigallia (#4) and hope to win that game.
