Very expected game when 12th ranked Unieuro Forli (7-12) lost at home to eighth ranked Treviso Basket (11-8) 79-65 on Sunday. Quite impressive performance for naturalized Argentinian guard Bernardo Musso (193-86, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 18 points. American forward John Brown-III (201-92, college: High Point) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Maltese-American Darryl Jackson (190-85, college: Warner Pacific) answered with 20 points and center Quirino De-Laurentiis (206-92, agency: SPORTlab Agency) added 6 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Unieuro Forli. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Treviso Basket moved-up to seventh place in A2. Loser Unieuro Forli dropped to the thirteenth position with 12 games lost. Treviso Basket will face higher ranked Montegrano (#3) in Montenegrano in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Unieuro Forli will play on the road against Roseto Sharks (#16) and hope to win that game.
