The game in Beijing was also worth to mention about. 7th ranked Xinjiang Flying Tige (23-13) played at the court of eighth ranked Beijing Ducks (23-13). Beijing Ducks defeated Xinjiang Flying Tige 111-95. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Xinjiang Flying Tige. Beijing Ducks players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Xinjiang Flying Tige's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian-American center Justin Hamilton (213-90, college: LSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and international guard Shuo Fang (188-90) who added 22 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Five Beijing Ducks players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American-Bulgarian point guard Darius Adams (188-89, college: Indianapolis, agency: Dutt Sports Services) with 31 points and 4 assists and international Abudushalamu Abudurexiti (203-96) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Beijing Ducks moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Xinjiang FT. Beijing Ducks will play against bottom-ranked Bayi Rockets (#20) in Ningbo in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Xinjiang Flying Tige will play at home against Sturgeons (#14) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
