Very expected game in Livorno where bottom-ranked Libertas (0-21) were defeated by twelfth ranked USE Basket (9-12) 69-63 on Wednesday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when USE Basket made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was forward Gabriele Giarelli (200-93, agency: Octagon Europe) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Federico Botteghi chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Four USE Basket players scored in double figures.
