Regular Season Round 18: Toyoda Gosei - Tokyo Big Blue 62-67

Bottom-ranked Tokyo Big Blue managed to get a second victory on Saturday night. This time they won against fourth-ranked Toyoda Gosei in Aichi 67-62. They outrebounded Toyoda Gosei 45-32 including 35 on the defensive glass. American center Joe Wolfinger (216-85, college: Citadel) had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 17 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Kota Goto (176-94) chipped in 15 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was American forward Patrick Simon (203-92, college: Seattle Pacific) with 20 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Eiji Sumihiro (171-89) scored 8 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Toyoda Gosei's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Tokyo Big Blue maintains ninth position with 2-20 record. Toyoda Gosei at the other side keeps the fourth place with nine games lost.
