Very predictable result when third ranked Kauhajoki (17-11) rolled over at home bottom-ranked UU-Korihait (6-22) 105-79 on Saturday. The game without a history. Kauhajoki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. UU-Korihait was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. Greg Mangano (208-89, college: Yale, agency: Octagon Europe) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) contributed with 18 points and 7 assists for the winners. Kauhajoki's coach Jussi Laakso felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Sean OBrien (198-94, college: S.Illinois) replied with 18 points and 6 rebounds and guard Kevin Bracy-Davis (201, college: Davis & Elkins) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for UU-Korihait. Five Kauhajoki and four UU-Korihait players scored in double figures. Kauhajoki have a solid four-game winning streak.
