No shocking result in a game in Kashiwa where first ranked JX-Eneos S. (24-1) smashed 8th ranked Hitachi Cougars (8-17) 91-45 on Saturday. The game without a history. JX-Eneos S. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Hitachi Cougars to just 7 points in third quarter. JX-Eneos S. dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Hitachi Cougars' 28. They outrebounded Hitachi Cougars 44-33 including 16 on the offensive glass.
