Very expected game when 16th ranked VL Pesaro (4-15) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Fiat TO (11-8) 95-90. They made 19-of-22 charity shots (86.4 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Fiat TO especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Slovakian guard Andre Jones (195-90, college: Winthrop) who helped to win the game recording 23 points. American point guard Diante Garrett (196-88, college: Iowa St.) contributed with 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. American guard Dallas Moore (185-94, college: N.Florida, agency: 3Eye) answered with 18 points and the other American import forward Eric Mika (208-95, college: BYU) added 17 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for VL Pesaro. Five Fiat TO and four VL Pesaro players scored in double figures. Fiat TO moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Virtus Bologna. VL Pesaro lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost. Fiat TO's next round opponent will be Betaland Cdo (#15) in Capo d'Orlando and are hoping to win another game. VL Pesaro will play on the road against Vanoli Cremona and hope to win that game.
