Regular Season Round 16: Haga BG - Hammarby 89-69

The most important game in the last round took place in Norrkoping between third ranked Hammarby (8-5) and fourth ranked Haga BG (7-4) on Sunday night. Hammarby was crushed by Haga BG on the road 89-69. The game without a history. Haga BG led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Hammarby helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Felix Terins (166-98) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 6 rebounds and guard Vincent Taylor (183-98) who added 23 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Haga BG players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Ramendra Haag (187-90) responded with 23 points and 8 rebounds and forward Aleksander Mlodianovski (189-98) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Haga BG maintains fourth position with 7-4 record. Hammarby at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third place with five games lost. Haga BG are looking forward to face Orebro (#8) on the road in the next round.
